I had a noise in the front left tire when I turned right. I called over, they had no open appointments, but I told Jason the service writer I was leaving for New York next week and wanted to make sure it would be safe to drive, he told me to bring it over and he would get done one to take a look at it. On Friday May 1st we were in Shipshewana, IN taking care of some personal business when our 2023 3.0 liter diesel truck broke down. We are not residents of IN. The computers were throwing several warning codes, the truck shut itself down and we were stranded. We had the truck towed that day to Sheppards. The staff at Sheppards could not have been more compassionate and helpful. Our mechanical problems as it turned out were very unique. Nathan went out of his way to take my car to dealership so I wouldn’t have to sit and wait on the services. Good thing since it required parts to be ordered and needed an extra day to repair. I would have been stranded an hour from home. They diagnosed the issue and called to explain what was needed and cost. This is a great service department.
